Unexplored stars (the user: "all unexplored stars should be seen on the map (only the visuals,
not the name, all data unknown)", "the unexplored stars should have 50% opacity"): a player's view
carries the stars in its area they haven't discovered, apart (unexploredStars, IUnexploredStar:
id, position, radius, colour, picture, luminosity; never a name, type or planets), none in a view
of everything nor an AI's (the gateway's unexploredStars: false). The map draws them as stars at
half opacity without labels (UnexploredStar, the drawing shared as buildStarGraphics); a click
opens an Unexplored star panel with its coordinates, the ruler and Bookmark this place.

Zoomed all the way out (the user: "there should be gree/blue/red, etc colored dot where colonies
are", "under colonies with real time data, there should be list of things they are doing", "the
data should fade in/out"): from two wheel notches above the least zoom (game/zoomedOut.ts) every
colony is a dot in its colour, and under yours and your Intel allies' (their stats come with them)
their names and what each has under way with its time left, as the Empire Overview's Colonies tab
lists it (game/ui/zoomedOutColony.ts: one canvas at a fixed size on screen, drawn at twice the
screen's resolution so its small words stay sharp). Dots and lists fade in over 300 ms as the map
zooms out, the colonies' own small rings and names fading out, and back again zooming in.

Cargo in Visibility (the user: "to visibility also add a chance of cargo being seen at 1,2,5 au on
the same reference sensor"): each spotting distance carries cargoChance, the share of the fleet's
hidden luck at which the plain sensor's reading reaches cargoScan.reading (getCargoChance, checked
against seesCargo hour after hour); the designer, a design's stats and a fleet's Visibility show
Spotted and Cargo read side by side (components/SpottingRows), always 📡 while a fleet transmits.

Tests: the view's unexplored stars (viewArea), the cargo chance (detection, shipDesigns), the fade
and the zoomed-out lists (unit), and end to end the dots and lists read from the screen's pixels,
an unexplored star's panel, the cargo column and a transmitting fleet. The Galactopedia (the map,
sensors), the changelog and AGENTS.md say so.

The user: "at full zoom out - don't show any other text under things", "except for stars and
wormholes (for those scale the text)", and of the zoomed-out colony words, "why does the colony
name and activity text has a weird border around it?".

Every map label fades out as the zoomed-out map fades in (game/ui/mapLabel.ts), but a star's and
a wormhole's (`zoomedOut` `scale`), which grow to their size on screen at zoom 1, the gap below the
thing's edge growing with them. A label's owner dims it by `baseOpacity` now (a powered-down
fleet's name), as the fade sets its graphics' opacity every frame; a label under another (a
station's posting) fades with its parent. A colony's dashed ring fades by its graphic's own
opacity, so its names, fading by themselves, don't fade twice.

The zoomed-out colony's name and tasks are drawn plain, as every map label is: the dark outline
stroked around them read as a border. The dot keeps its dark rim.

The end-to-end test reads the star's grown name from the screen's pixels; the Galactopedia, the
changelog and AGENTS.md say so.

- Gifts: give a fleet or station to an empire you know from the Relations tab (search,
confirm), theirs at once with everything aboard; probes never; the receiver told
(FLEET_GIFTED, migration fleet_gifts); an AI thinks better of the giver (relations.gift)
- Views as changes: each socket gets its first view whole, then what changed; stars and
wormholes once; a failed view reconnects for a whole one
- The map zoomed far out: four toggles bottom right (star names, colony details, station
names, fleet names), sliding in and out, icons only on phones; colony details kept at
every zoom, known colonies' planets carried by far views; orbit rings per star at every zoom
- The fog of war drawn by the map itself, under the names; the starfield moving more and
shrinking as the map zooms out, never drifting
- Watched by lists foreign fleets intel shows too, within the fleet's own sensors; a faint
signature is never something already seen
- Max 0 when nothing is affordable; the colony skeleton's right column; dead code removed
