0.17.0: allies' fleets', probes' and stations' names blue on the map ... 8762fcbdb0

As their colonies' are; the colour follows the alliance at every view (MapLabel.setColor).

Another empire's colonies and fleets', probes' and stations' names are yellow-orange, red once
your alliance's war with theirs is under way (and the pirates'); allies blue, moved from 0.17.0's
changelog into 0.17.1's.
